    After a short battle with kidney cancer, Frederick Drummelsmith of Tillsonburg in his 55th year passed away peacefully December 31, 2017just before midnight. Dearly loved father of Jessica of Tillsonburg and Katie [Nicholas] Wortel of Saskatchewan. He was a special grandpa to his one grandchild, Charlie Jean Grace who was his pride and joy.  Fred is survived by his brothers Thomas [Helen] of Port Perry, Robert [Diane] of Dutton, John [Lynda] of Dutton, Margaret of Simcoe.  He is survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.  Left to mourn Freds  death are his second family at Genuine Transportation Inc of Tillsonburg.  Predeceased by his parents George and Jean Drummelsmith, his sister Kathy and his brother Allen.  Fred will be sadly missed by his four-legged sidekick Cody.  His work at Genuine Transportation was his life. A celebration of Freds life will be held at Genuine Transportation Inc.14769 Bayham Drive, Tillsonburg on January 6, 2018 2-5 p.m. His ashes will be interred at a later date at his special fishing hole. In lieu of flowers and cards donations in memory of Fred can be made to Salvation Army-Tillsonburg or The West Elgin Daffodil Society-Cancer.
