Tryntje "Tineke" Alida (Van Dam) Nyhoff

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Tryntje (Tineke) Alida Nyhoff (Van Dam) on January 19, 2025, at the age of 81.Born on December 23, 1943, Tineke lived a life filled with love, kindness and unwavering devotion to her family. She was the beloved wife of Roelof (Ron) Nyhoff, with whom she shared a life time of love and partnership. A devoted mother, she leaves behind her children Rodger Nyhoff and his wife Rosemary, as well as Wilhelmina Drake and her husband, Jonathan. Tineke was a cherished Oma/Omi to her four beloved grandchildren Emily, Nicholas, Madelyn, and Dell.  She found immense joy in watching them grow and took great pride in their accomplishments. She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity and deep love for her family. Her legacy of kindness and strength will continue to inspire those who knew her. She will be dearly missed but forever in our hearts. Tineke is resting at Arn Funeral Home 193 Shackleton St. Dutton  (519-762-2416) where family and friends will be received Wednesday January 22, 2025 from 12:00 pm until the time of Service at 2:00 pm. Donations in Tineke's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
