Teresa Viola (Binks) Bobier

Bobier, Teresa Viola (Binks) at St Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday April 14, 2026.  Beloved wife of the late Carl Bobier (2003) in her 95th year. Loving Mother, Mother - in- law, Grandmother and Great Grandmother of Neil (Joanne) and family,( late Colleen), and her family Addison, Pierce; Bruce (Alana) and son Alasdair; Floyd (Kathy) and family, Lindsay (Chris), Andrea (Alex )and son Lochlan; Wayne (Pat) and family, Christina (Glen), her family Erik, Summer Lynn; Brian (late Sheena) and Fenton, Brandi; Kevin (Hikari) and family Emily,Katie, Quinton; Carol Anne McIntyre and daughter Cindy.
Also survived by her sister Dorothy Roberts of Florida.  Teresa was born in Aldborough Township (Dunborough Line), youngest daughter of George and Flossie Binks. Predeceased by her siblings and in-laws Freda (Walter) O'Neil, Hazel (Harold) Schnekenburger, Carmen (Jessie) Binks, Lloyd (Maribel) Binks, Ruth (Howard) Schnekenburger, Madeline (Victor) Swain, Hugh (Rachel) Binks, James (Gladys) Binks, Eleanor (Floyd) Lymburner, Morley (Pauline) Binks, Dalton (Esther) Binks,Charles Roberts.  She is survived by many nieces and nephews.  
Following her marriage to Carl they farmed on the family farm near Wallacetown. Following his death she moved to St. Thomas.  Teresa was a long term member of Wallacetown United Church and served in the Choir and several organizations. Following the amalgamation she was a member of the Dunwich United Church. For many years she accompanied Carl on the piano in several bands.  Visitation will be held at Dunwich United Church 274 Currie Rd, Dutton 11:00 am Saturday April 18, 2026 until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 pm.  A luncheon will follow the service, and then interment in St Peter's Cemetery.
Donations in Teresa's memory may be left to the Kidney Foundation, or Dunwich United Church.
