Hardy, Robert John – Peacefully with his daughter, son-in-law and dear companion Lois McGuire by his side at Strathroy Hospital on February 6, 2021 in his 89th year. Predeceased by his wife Rosemary Jean (Elliot), daughter Pauline Simpson, parents Thomas and Francis Hardy, brother Gerald and Marguerite Hardy. Dear father of Charlene Richer (Dan), Russell Hardy. Beloved grandfather of Estelle Richer (Alex), Erica Quennville (John), Megan Dryfhout (Jonathan), Gary Simpson (Krista). Grandpa Bob will be sadly missed by his 8 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Bob requested an early summer interment in Appin Cemetery. Donations to Cancer Research, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
