At home, Sunday January 15, 2023 Robert "Bob" Durkee of Wallacetown. Dearly loved husband of Betty as they shared 57 years together. Loving father of Brian, Chris [Roxanne], Larry [Margaret], Tanya [Charles]. Very special Grandfather of Mhora, David, Steven, Darrin, Tony and Jessica. Great grandfather of Calvin, Nathan, Aveah, Blake, Brier, McKenna, Caleb, Logan, Aria, and Amara. Remembered by his brothers Neil [Maureen] Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Mark [Bonnie] Digby, Nova Scotia and his sister-in-law Mary [Allison]. Predeceased by his parents Douglas and Hilda, and his siblings Clifford, Allison and Alvin. Bob is survived by many nieces and nephews. Bob served in the military for 28 1/2 years as a mechanic. He was a great teacher of his mechanics and was always tinkering with something. In Bobs memory donations to the Diabetes Association or the charity of your choice greatly appreciated by his family. There is no visitation or service.
