It is with sadness we announce the passing of Raymond Simpson in his 79th year, at Bobier Villa, Dutton ON on Sunday March 15th. He leaves behind his partner and best friend of 57 years, Sheila Simpson. Dear father of Todd (Vicky), Troy, Tammy Ford (Steve). Special loving Grandfather of Karlie, Samantha and Gage (Tasha), and will be missed by his great grandchildren, Bobby, Mia, Charlie and Wren. Survived by his brother Ken Simpson (Gloria). Predeceased by his parents Stuart Simpson, Edna (nee Warwick) and step father Lloyd Soper, his brother Ronnie Soper. He will be greatly missed by his long time best friend, and partner in crime, Dick.
Raymond had a love and passion of music. He played in bands all of his life. He loved gardening, and enjoyed his summers for 18 years at the trailer park. His love for his family, for each one, was like no other. He was very proud of the accomplishments and success of each one, and will be missed by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will held on June 13, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the Hickory Grove Family Campground, 21527 Gray Line Rodney, ON,
Donations in Raymond's memory can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, and can be left at the Arn Funeral Home.
