Peacefully at North Lambton Lodge, Forest on Monday, December 4th, 2007 in her 91st year. Mildred Vacek (Millie) of Forest. Millie is predeceased by her husband George. Survived by son Gary (Maribeth "Jo") and grandchildren David, Elizabeth (Mark) Sankey. GGC Joshua and Nicholas, Carson and Charlie. A Memorial Mass will take place at St. Christopher's Catholic Parish in Forest, Ontario on Saturday, December 8th, 2007 at 9am. Interment of Ashes will take place at Bohemian National Cemetery in Chicago, Illinois at a later date. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
