Mary Vansevenant Obituary
VANSEVENANT
Peacefully, surrounded by her family on Friday, February 24th, 2006. Mary Lou
Vansevenant (nee Campbell) of Watford and formerly of Brooke Township (Aberfeldy)
in her 79th year. Predeceased by her husband Joe Vansevenant (2002) and son Bobby
(1958).
Lovingly remembered by her son Mike and his wife Elly of Courtright and her daughter
Amy Dewulf and her husband Jerome Dewulf of Bothwell. Dear grandmother of Jeffrey
Vansevenant and his friend Shelley McLean, Jordan Vansevenant and his friend Crystal
Austin and granddaughter Anissa Dewulf. Dear sister of Minnie of Aberfeldy, Dettes
Shea of Watford, Alex Campbell (Mary) of Aberfeldy and Theresa Goodhand (Jim) of
Alvinston and sister in law of Vera Douglas of Petrolia. Also survived by several nieces
and nephews. Predeceased by brothers in law Don Shea, Victor Vansevenant, Ivan
Armstrong and Mac Douglas.
Friends may call at the Harper Funeral Home (519 876-2218) on Sunday, February
26th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady Help of
Christians Church, Watford on Monday at 11 am.
Father R. Saldanha celebrant. Interment St. Matthews cemetery in Alvinston. Parish
prayers will be recited on Sunday at 1:30 pm.
If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated
as your expression of sympathy.
