SALES
Peacefully, at Extendicare, London, on Sunday, September 16th, 2007, Mabel Christina Sales in her 97th year.
Born in Strathroy, a daughter of Howard and Grace Thomson, she was predeceased by husbands Dr. T.A. McCallum (1952) and George Sales (1992).
Mabel was dearly loved by her son John McCallum and his wife Beverley Glenn-McCallum of Collingwood; her step-son Jack Sales of Grand Bend and step-daughter Ruth MacDonald of Chatham; dear grandmother to James and John Wayne McCallum; dear sister of Jean Thomson of London. Mabel was also predeceased by a brother Harry Thomson, sisters Helen Thomson, Anna Lusty and brother-in-law Douglas Lusty.
Mabel taught in both Rodney and Ridgetown. At the Ridgetown High School she was the Librarian and English teacher.
Funeral service will be held at the Rodney Chapel, 212 Furnival Road on Thursday, September 20th at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Robert Karn officiating. Visiting one hour prior. Interment Rodney Cemetery.
If desired, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
