Lenke (Simon) Marton

 Lenke of Dutton, passed away peacefully at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Friday February 14, 2020.  Lenke was born January 9, 1927 in the small village of Hernadnemeti, Hungary.Dearly loved mother of Eva Marton[Valrita Fournier] of Dutton and Judith Marton. Dear Grandmother of Jasmine Bansagi and Natasha Bansagi.  Lenke was the loved wife of Bela Marton[2017]
Predeceased by her brother Lajos Simon  and her sister Yolanka Simon. Predeceased by her parents Lajos and Julianna[Zsamba] Simon.Survived by her husbands family Karl Marton[Kati], Julius Marton[Aranka], Laci Marton[Ida] all of Windsor and John Marton[Marika] of California. Beloved Aunt of Martha, Erika, Adina, Christina, Miriam[deceased],Tom, Edwin, David, Laci, Iduka,Melinda, Peter, Sam, Robert, Danny.  Great Aunt to several great nieces and nephews. Lenke was a teacher at a private boys school in Miskolc.  Lenke and her late husband met on the Red Cross ship when they left their home land of Hungary in 1956, during the Revolution.  They were married a year later[1957] and enjoyed a full life together.  A Celebration or Life to celebrate the lives of Lenke and Bela  will be held on Saturday  April 18 2020, 2:00 pm at the Dunwich United Church 274 Currie Rd Dutton ON.   dunwichunited.ca
