Peacefully on August 28, 2025, John DeWild formerly of Rodney On., passed away at Bobier Villa, Dutton in his 100th year. He is reunited with his beloved wife Anny DeWild (2015)
Loving father of Ed Adrian DeWild, Martin (Jane) DeWild, Ann (Joe) Knapp, Joanne (Frank) Nemcek, Marianne Vergeer and Liz DeWild ( Vandenberg. Cherished Grandpa of 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.Survived by his youngest sister Tante Martha in Holland. Predeceased by his granddaughter Louise Knapp (1989) , 6 siblings in Holland, 2 sisters in Canada.
Visitation will be held at Arn Funeral Home Rodney on Monday Sept 1 5:00-8:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St Mary's . West Lorne on Tuesday Sept .2 at 11:00. Interment in St Mary's Cemetery.
