James McFarlane Obituary
Peacefully, with his nieces by his side, James Franklin McFarlane, in his 80th year, passed away at Babcock Community Care Center on Thursday, July 31,2025. A Special Uncle to Elaine(Ron), Jennifer(Mike),and a loving great uncle of Kyle, Kaitlynn, Kayla, Steven, James .Predeceased by his parents A.D. and Helen(Shoemaker)McFarlane and his sister Ruth(McFarlane)Rueger. Jim was a lifelong farmer in Dunwich Township. He also drove truck and worked at Jaeger Machine Co. until the time of its closing. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at later date. Donations in memory of Jim can be made to C.M.H.A., West Elgin Daffodil Auxiliary or the Canadian Cancer Society and may be made through Arn Funeral Home.
