At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Friday, February 24th, 2006, Freida Maude
(Giffen) Callaghan in her 92nd year. Loved wife of the late Ernest Callaghan (1974).
Mother of Irene Brooks and husband Bob of St. Thomas and Marilyn Zimmer and
husband Joseph of Dashwood. Caring Grandmother of Lori and John MacFarlane of St.
Thomas and Mark and Barb Brooks of Port Stanley, Andrea Zimmer of Vancouver,
Michael and wife Heather Zimmer of Scarborough and Craig of Zurich. Great
Grandmother to Skylar MacFarlane, Katherine, Jessica and Ashley Brooks. Sister in law
of Phyllis Callaghan and pre-deceased by brother Melville Giffen. Friends and family
may call at the Harper Funeral Home in Watford (519-876-2218) on Monday, February
27th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9pm with Parish Prayers at 6:30pm on Monday. Private
Funeral Mass for family members only to follow. Interment at All Saints Catholic
Cemetery in Strathroy. If desired, memorial contributions to the Arthritis Society would
be appreciated as your expression of sympathy.
