Florence Woods

At Watford Quality Care Centre on Wednesday October 17th, 2007 in her 86th year, Florence Campbell Woods. After having struggled with an extended illness with patience and hope. Beloved wife of the late Graham Woods (1985). Loving mother of Beth (Ed) Yeats, Barb (Bruce) Green and David (Elaine) Woods. Devoted grandmother of Andrea (Jay) Broersma, Ryan Yeats, Ellen (Kevin) Speight, Martha (Jeremy) Weber, Michael and Amy Woods. Great grandmother of Megan and Kristin Speight, Mia Weber and Juliana Broersma. Also survived by sister Marjorie Hay and brother Bruce (Hester) Hay as well as a niece and 2 nephews. Predeceased by her twin sister Isabel (1937). The family wishes to thank Florence's friends and her caregivers at Brookeside Retirement Home and Watford Quality Care Centre for supporting and helping her as her illness progressed.
Visitation will be held at the Harper Funeral Home in Watford on Friday, October 19th, 2007 from 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the Funeral Home on Saturday at 1pm with one hour prior visitation (12-1pm). Rev. Tom Anderson officiating.
