Overboe
At St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital on Monday, December 27, 2004, Doreen Marjorie Overboe (nee Ede) of Rodney, formerly of Clinton, in her 80th year. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth (1994) and parents Harry and Hilda (Barker) Ede. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her children Dave Overboe and his wife Penny of Bayfield, Lorraine Overboe of Glencoe, Jim Overboe of Vancouver, Andrea Carter and her husband Frank of Rodney; grandchildren Scott and Terri Lyn, Theresa and Tim, Greg and Alyshia, Carrie, Adam, Tarryn, Jason, Jake; great grandchildren Thomas, Brittany, Samantha and Brooklyn; and special friend Elsie Crosby. Doreen will be missed by many friends. A memorial service will be held from the Rodney Chapel on Saturday, January 8th, 2005 at 2:00 pm. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Cancer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Padfield Funeral Home (785-0810).
