Donald Watterworth Obituary

WATTERWORTH
Surrounded by his family at his home in West Lorne, Donald William Watterworth passed away at age 52, Sunday January 23rd, 2005. He fought a tough battle with multiple myeloma and has now found eternal rest. As a father he was a great teacher and always had a wise word for greater success. He was loved by many people and touched several lives in the church, farming and political communities. Those who loved him most were his family; his wife Patricia, sons John and Craig and daughter Kristyn. He will be dearly missed by his mother MaryBelle and sister Mary and her husband Byron Murray, also by his father and mother in law Wilf and Kay Cowan, his grandmother in law Susanna Manherz and many brothers and sisters in law, Bonnie and Mike Cowan, Linda and Don Mcleod, Karen Cowan, Barb Cowan, Brian and Fay Cowan, Mary and Dave Krebs and Nick and Sue Cowan and of course by all his nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Ken, his sister Elaine Watterworth and brother in law Tim Cowan. Friends called at the West Lorne Chapel on Tuesday, January 25th, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9pm and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service was conducted from the chapel on Thursday at 1pm. Rev. J. White officiated. Interment Gillies Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Adam Linton Dialysis Unit of London Health Sciences Centre or the Daffodil Society would be appreciated as your expression of sympathy.
