BATTON
Peacefully, at home in West Lorne with his family by his side. H. Dean Batton in his 67th year.
Lovingly remembered by his wife Sandra, son Jim Batton and daughter in law Cornelia of West Lorne and daughter Shelly and son in law Wesley Diggans of Iola, Texas. Dear grandfather of Jesse and Christian Batton. Predeceased by his mother Margaret Batton. Dean is survived by his father Harold Batton of Pana, Illinois, his brother Dale Batton of Pana, Illinois and sisters Betty Fleming of Vandalia, Illinois, Joyce McMann of Oconee, Illinois and Rita Denton of Pana, Illinois.
Friends may call at the West Lorne Chapel on Monday, August 27th, 2007 from 6-9 pm. Memorial service will be conducted from the chapel on Tuesday, August 28th at 2 pm. Pastor Adam J. Hall officiating. Interment of ashes at Evergreen cemetery. Dean was a long time member of the American and Ontario Quarter Horse Associations. "Dean, we will always remember the ride".
