  Boldly, in his 76th year, lost his battle with cancer. Dave is predeceased by his loving wife Pamela (Drouillard) and he’s survived by his four children: Christopher, Janet (Reg), Sherri-Anne (Tim), and Robert (Lauren), and three grandchildren Branden, Brooklyn, and Isiah. All of us were there to offer comfort as he made his way out of this world.

David will also be remembered lovingly by his five brothers and their families and missed by all the wonderful friends who have supported him throughout his life, no matter where and when they’ve found him. Dave worked hard all his life, and always took pride in that while doing his best to provide for his family.

Never being able to sit still for long, his younger years saw him settle in different parts of Canada, while his later years saw him satisfy his wanderlust. Dave enjoyed volunteering with the Knights of Columbus in London, Ontario; and, late in his life, he was an enthusiastic member of the Lions Club of Lakeville, New Brunswick. His special brand of humour and way of looking at life will be missed by those who knew and loved him.

Family, friends, and loved ones are invited to celebrate David in the truly trans-Canadian way he lived. Informal celebrations of life will be held over the coming months in New Brunswick, southwestern Ontario, and in the West.

A Celebration of Dave's life will be held on Saturday January 18, 2025 at the South London Community Centre 119 Jalna Boulevard London ON  from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
