Dave John McTavish

He didn't say goodbye, he said "talk to ya later."

Dave passed away surrounded by his loved ones on June 27th,2022 at the age of 63. He was a committed lifelong resident of Dutton-Dunwich. Dave will be remembered by his friends and family, who have many memories of his dry humour, hard work and dedication and his unconditional kindness to any person he'd meet. Dave's life was dedicated to JAAR and he was no stranger to hard work and enjoyed every minute of it. He will be forever missed and loved by his daughter Kayley (Pat), son Kyle and daughter Kelsey (Adam). He was a best friend and very special Pops to Callie, Jaxon, Dean, Blayk and Stella. Loving brother of Dianne (Don), Christine (Gary) and Tom (Janice). Survived and missed by several nieces  and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Kathleen McTavish. Dave was a simple man, who enjoyed visits with his grandkids and always dropping in for "just one beer" to visit with a friend. We will forever miss his company. The family would like to say a special Thank You to the STEGH 4th floor nurses and the home care team, specifically Jen, Kenzie and Ryan for all their great care for dad. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dialysis Victoria Hospital or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.

The family will receive visitors at the Arn Funeral Home 193 Shackleton St, Dutton (519-762-2416) on Saturday July 2,2022 from 2 pm-4pm. Cremation has taken place.

Dave was "come as you are" kind of man, so with respect to that, there is no need to dress up. Right off the tractor if need be,
