Daniel Omar Demuynck

Peacefully , at St Thomas Elgin General Hospital, Thursday August 20, 2020. Daniel Demuynck of West Lorne, in his 86th year . Dearly loved by his wife Nicole of 65 yrs.  Loved father of Frank [predeceased], his wife Doris,  and Nancy [John Ganhadeiro].  Loving Grandfather of Eric Demuynck [Nikkie], Nik Ganhadeiro [Sarah], Melanie Cook [Troy] and great grandfather of Skylar Ganhadeiro and Isla Cook.  Daniel is survived by his brothers Johny and Edward, brother-in-law's Norbert and Eric Hallez of Belgium.  Predeceased by his parents Laura and Guston Demuynck, brothers Roger and Eddy, sister-in-law Rita Fiscalini and bother-in-law Erwin Hallez.  Daniel is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Daniel took great pride in the family farm that he and Nicole built after immigrating from Belgium.  His greatest joy was spending time with family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  As per Daniel's request cremation has taken place.  There will be no service.  In memory of Daniel donations can be made to the St Thomas Elgin General Hospital or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Arn Funeral Home [519-762-2416] entrusted with arrangements.
