Charles Edward Given passed away peacefully March 4, 2025, at Beattie Manor Retirement Home, Wardsville, where he as resided since November 2024 in his 63rd year. Charles is the beloved brother of Peggy Anne Harris of Acton, and Cathy (Dale) Ireland of Newbury. A dear brother-in-law of Steve Ireland of Rodney. A loving uncle of Michael (Amy) Ireland, of Rodney, Angela (Derek) Downey of Milton, Kyle and Kain Downey. Predeceased by his parents Edith Jean, and William Lorne Given, brother William Given, Robert Given, his sister Debbie Ireland, brother-in-law Bob Harris, nephews William Ireland, Christopher Ireland. He will be fondly missed by his Georgetown PSW, Rosa Tassone, the Staff of Beattie Manor, The team of Homecare, as well as the Georgetown Hospital. Your care for Charles was outstanding and will always be remembered.
Charles now joins into Eternal Peace. A celebration of Charles life will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery in Georgetown at a later date.
