Anthony Lincoln Stone

Gone to be with his Lord, Anthony Lincoln Stone of Dutton, in his 59th year, passed away at LHSC on January 16,2023 after a year-long battle with liver disease. He leaves behind Louise,  his loving wife and partner of 33 years . Deeply loved by his five daughters, Lydia Stone, Charlotte Porter (Edward), Natalie Stone(Yatroon Esho), Andrea Stone, Emma Stone. A very special Papa of Lillian, Collin, Olivia, Christian, Isaac and Edward Jr. He is survived by his siblings Bill Stone(Lovely), Beverley Bower, George Stone(Looina),Gary Stone, Brenda Casselman(Ken), Dianna Hall( Graham predeceased), Craig Stone, Mark Stone, Geri Deimling (Ed predeceased).He had a special friendship with his nephew Jeff Stone and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Rose and James Stone .Anthony was a man that truly loved his family deeply, and he worked hard and sacrificed so much for them. He started his career in furniture reupholstery and had his own businesses in Brantford and Barrie. After 25 years, at age 40 he shifted gears and started driving truck, long and short-haul.  He was a very intelligent man and whatever he turned his mind and hands to he could accomplish it. He had a love of motorcycles, golf, fishing, boating, camping and music. He was very knowledgeable about history and the bible. But his greatest pride and joy was his family. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In Memory of Anthony donations to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, or LHSC - Transplant Unit greatly appreciated by the family.
