Dianne Evelyn Chalmers [Schultz] May1, 1949 - August 18, 2018. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at London Health Science Center on Saturday August 18, 2018. Dearly missed by her daughter Patti Chalmers [North Carolina] and her son Chris [Vicki] Chalmers of Rodney. Beloved Nanny of her adored grandchildren, Liam and Erin Chalmers. Survived by her brother Charles [Louise] Schultz , her nieces Annie Breedon, Cheryl Speers and nephew Rob [Heidi] Schultz. Predeceased by her parents Arthur [1998] and Freda [Piper] Schultz [1993]. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends will be received at Arn Funeral Home 193 Shackleton St Dutton 519-762-2416 Tuesday August 21, 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the Funeral Service will be held Wednesday August 22, 2018 at 11:00 am.
